How can I return a product?

To find out the product return procedure, consult our Terms and Conditions of Sale or write us an email at We will be happy to assist you.

To activate the product return procedure, simply access your Profile page, click on the Orders section and select the Order number for which you want to make a return. Then click in the Request a Return section.

Our customer support will contact you as soon as possible and evaluate the extent of your request. Only if your request is confirmed will you be able to download the PDF label to place on the package.

Shipping costs are free only in some cases. The collection can be made at the same delivery address by agreeing the collection time with our courier (morning or afternoon).

I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and receive a refund?

Our packages have been designed to best protect our creations.

Our courier is very careful to delicately handle the packages sent by TerraPremiata to its customers. If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer support immediately at and explain the extent of the damage.

Our customer support will respond to you as quickly as possible. In the case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to email us a photo with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
