The Vineyard
Our vineyards are located on the hills of a splendid valley 30 km from the sea: Colle Monteverde. The soil, situated at 310 meters above sea level and facing North-North East, is typically loose, mineral, rich in stones and sandstone: characteristics that enhance the organoleptic notes of our wine.
We use a single Guyot training system, eco-friendly management, and phytosanitary protection with natural biostimulants, manual canopy management without invasive mechanization, selection of qualitatively superior bunches, soil management with natural grassing, under-row cultivation, and manual harvesting in 10 kg crates to preserve the quality of the grapes.
